Board of Directors

The Minnesota Mensa Board of Directors coordinates the activities of the group, appoints necessary committees, and acts as liaison with American Mensa, Ltd.

It consists of seven members, six of whom are elected by the general membership for two-year terms: local secretary (president), first vice-secretary (vice president), second vice-secretary (SIGs liaison), recording secretary, treasurer, and immediate past local secretary; and one appointed by the Board: Mensagenda editor.

Board meetings are held monthly. Meetings begin with a "Member's Soapbox," where you as a member can bring up or discuss issues important to you. All members of Minnesota Mensa are invited and encouraged to attend these meetings.
