What are Mensabucks?
Minnesota Mensa is a volunteer organization and as such we depend on our members to supply the energy and ideas needed to keep the group vital. Technically, Mensabucks are funny orange pieces of paper given to members who perform various services for Minnesota Mensa. In reality, they are a way the group says, "Thank you."
Mensabucks can be earned in many ways: by coordinating or hosting a SIG, helping with Mensagenda production and/or Collation, hosting a Greeting Meeting, helping staff our State Fair booth, judging scholarships, proctoring tests, working on a Regional Gathering, ad infinitum. They can be used to purchase goods and services at the annual Mensabuck auction held at the RG, or to pay admission to a limited number of First Fridays and Greeting Meetings.
